Mr. Ines Naudts

Mr. Ines NAUDTS graduated from the K.U.Leuven law faculty in 1985 with upper second class honours. She was a research assistant at the Institute for International Private law of the K.U.Leuven Law faculty from 1985 to 1987 and contributed to publications in the field of International Private law. She has been a member of the Brussels bar since 1986. She has specialised in: Family law, Banking and Credit law, Tourism law and Travel insurance law, Collections and Seizure law, Civil law, Judicial law, International private law. She handles both Dutch-speaking and French-speaking cases. During the 2002-2003 academic year, she followed a post-graduate “Mediation in Family matters” course at the KU Leuven. Mrs Ines NAUDTS was appointed deputy judge in 1992 at the Court of first instance in Brussels and since that time has regularly presided the Court.

Received her law degree from the K.U.Leuven in 1985. Has been a member of the Brussels bar since 1986.
